The line is developed that respond to the 7435th factory of Chinese People's Liberation Army, it can drilling and reaming to various of aluminium angle.

Cutter installation is provided with Chengdu Chengliang Tools Co.,Ltd. cutters or better self-tightening drill clamping tools,easy for installation with high precision.
A variety of cutter aligning plates are designed for adjustment of cutter based on hole diameter and hole distance,as such the drill and the relative position dimension of taper drill as well as counter sinking depth may be easily adjusted.
For purposes of assembly tools,fast plug-in adjustable and replaceable flexible positioning device is used,different positioning blocks may be selected according to different work pieces.Customers may desigh positioning blocks on their own or engage us to work for them.
Clamping device is powered by hydraulic system,which will activate automatically.
All digital AC servo system is used for the loading and feeding passage,which is controlled by PLC.Through man-machine interface the feeding requirements are input,feeding of 50 or 100 will be accomplished.
Two work pieces are processed at once.
